These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Bexon Horizon ("we," "us," or "our"), a digital marketing agency registered in the United Kingdom. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• AI chatbot support

3.Client Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform the services.
• Obtain all necessary permissions and rights for any materials you supply to us.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4.Fees and Payment

Fees for our services will be detailed in a separate agreement. Unless otherwise specified, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.

5.Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in materials created by us during the provision of services shall remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for their intended purpose.

6.Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data and complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We will process personal data only as necessary to provide our services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement, except as required by law or with prior written consent.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the services in question.

9.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses aising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

10.Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
